Anton Solopikhin has an experience in top management in the private and public sectors, specializing in banking, insurance, telecommunications, and innovations. After graduating from the Ukrainian Academy of Banking of the National Bank of Ukraine with a Master’s degree in Banking he has served in different positions in Ukrainian banks and insurance companies.
After the Revolution of Dignity in 2014 and for now, Anton was involved in many international projects whose aim was to transform the Ukrainian economy and public administration. Among such projects were the implementation of e-government in the Kharkiv region and the development of a transformation project for Ukrainian customs with Adam Smith International.
From 2017 he was the Head of Communal Enterprise owned by Kharkiv Oblast Council “Kharkiv Oblast Communication Systems” which was the locomotive of digital transformation of public administration and healthcare system in the Kharkiv region. Under his leadership, the highly protected telecommunication system was implemented for local authorities, state bodies, and critical infrastructure in the Kharkiv region.
Graduated in 2018 from the University of Sheffield with a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA).
