The war here continues every day, every hour, every minute.

Explosions have become a daily occurrence and my heart was captivated by the people whose eyes do not show fear.

Our first stop was at the hospital in Kurakhovo, where we delivered wheelchairs, thermal blankets and other items requested by the hospital. This is the only hospital that remains open for several towns nearby. But we will tell you more about it later.

Next up was Katerynivka….
There are 300 civilians left in Katerynivka.
We were able to get into the village only if we were accompanied by the military.
We brought 300 food packages for each person living in the village.
We couldn’t distribute them ourselves because the slightest gathering of people is met with shelling. We left the humanitarian kits in the former village community centre, where we were welcomed with joy and treated to ice cream, and people were surprised because volunteers hardly ever visit them.
We were unloading the cars, and there was only one thing in our minds: “We did it… We succeeded…” 💪
