Active in the renewable energy, hydrogen, and cleantech industry since 1999, Giorgio has a financial and legal background working with investment funds, banks, and companies all over Europe and Asia. Due to his network and business activities, he helps start-ups and projects to define finance, marketing, and market-entry strategies.

Giorgio is a shareholder in renewable and cleantech companies. He is the founder, CEO, and responsible for the management holding and global advisor in developing, structuring, financing, and operating bankable projects ValVeri AG in Switzerland, and GBS World s.à.r.l. in Luxembourg. Prior to this, he was working with several investment banks like Zurich Group, Credit Suisse, LGT Bank in Liechtenstein Group, and companies like Solemaxx AG where he gained extensive hands-on experience as a closed and public fund creator, advisor, and manager, as well as project financier in renewable energy and tech sectors. Giorgio was responsible for setting up a series of very successful stock funds and fund-of-fund management solutions during this period. In addition, he also assumed the responsibility of developing and managing sustainable infrastructure projects.

Due to his personal experience, living partly in Kyiv/Ukraine, during the Russian attack against Ukraine, on the 24th of February 2022 Giorgio created together with friends and family the Pan-European NGO “YourDUDE e.V.” with its headquarter in Hamburg/Germany. “DUDE” stands for “Democratic Ukraine Democratic Europe” and is active in organizing help, funds, and several projects for sustainable reconstruction and development.
